Rachel Lynwood – Deeply Joyful
NAME: Rachel Lynwood
Associate Professor, BA (Philosophy & Sociology) (UNSW), BA (Hons) (SCU), MEd (UTS), PhD Candidate (SCU) From jaded to deeply joyful
There can sometimes be a perception that working in a university is a ‘high flying’ career path that is glamourous and exciting; such institutions can also be seen as inaccessible and therefore, only really for the so-called ‘elite’. Whilst there are those that continue to be influenced by a consciousness that perpetuates such illusions – not everyone subscribes to it.
Such environments in fact are ‘ripe’ terrain for bringing - by way of lived reflection – brotherhood amongst colleagues and students alike. Whilst it is true that bullying behaviours and other forms of corruption are rife in these institutions, it is essential to observe and read all that for what it truly is – and be amongst it all to live the depths of truth and love we all are – this is what we are here for. Living in such a way means we naturally express truth – whether in meetings, community events, classrooms, workshops and so on.
Once upon a time I was very jaded, hurt and disgusted at all the things I saw going on around me day in and day out. Those same levels of corruption and harmful behaviours still go on – the difference is the depth of understanding I bring to it now through movements made to heal, and ultimately evolve as a human being living in this world. This has been deeply supported with the unwavering steadiness and wisdom of Serge Benhayon – a true brother to All, not just those of us who happen to be students of The Way of The Livingness. There were many moments over the years that challenged me on every level, with things that were happening in the work and surrounding community environments.

One of the key learnings all these experiences in everyday life has taught me is that we are here to return to who we truly are, which are equal Sons of God. We are also here working in the environments we are in to offer evolution – where our fellow colleagues and students we work with also have the opportunity to choose the same by their own volition. We are not here to ‘compete’, ‘compare’ or indulge jealousy with our colleagues or other people in our lives – for that is not and never will be who we are in truth
This is The Ageless Wisdom – a lived wisdom to be embodied and lived in the world in all aspects of life – work, family, relationships and so on. One cannot write an article like this if they are still jaded – if deeply joyful however – then yes, it indeed flows – naturally and as it should. This is our way – The Way of The Livingness – thank you Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine.
