Natalie Hawthorne – Alive, Vital, Enthusiastic

NAME: Natalie Hawthorne
AGE: 40
LOCATION: London, UK

General Manager, Hospitality

I love my loft conversion at the end of our private road just near the edge of Epping Forest on the outskirts of London, it gives the feeling like I am living in the trees. This is where I live with my sister, niece and brother in-law. We bought the house together and it feels amazing to share this way of living, practically sharing all the bills and decisions around the house but also the joy of sharing our lives together.
During the day I travel into Mayfair with hundreds of other Londoners where I run a deli, which I absolutely love. The people that come in are from all walks of life and I have strong relationships with hundreds of regulars. The deli is the hub of the area and it is the community hang out where everyone catches up
This is where my relationships with  people have
become so enjoyable and real, here they will open up and share how they are and what is going on with them.
I have a fantastic team that works for me and we are always working on ways for the customers to have an enjoyable time when they come. Since being at the deli I have increased the profits and shown that it is actually not about the money but the way we relate and work with people – the staff and the customers equally.
It is an extremely busy site and on days we have things that pop up to test our skills so to speak and this is what I love about my job – learning to work with whatever the situation and being able to keep myself steady and not go into the demands of what is being asked. Over time I have really been working on this and these high demands I actually really enjoy now.
The love that I have for the hospitality industry has grown over the years and the fun you can have with food and drink is endless. In the later part of my career and personal life I have come to explore and deepen the way I care for myself. In this I have worked with foods and drinks to support a more healthy and vital body and offering this to customer and staff.
When you feel this alive, vital and enthusiastic about
life it makes sense to share this.

This natural interest of people doesn’t stop there. I work one day a week with Spherical Living as a health and wellbeing practitioner. Here the same quality of relationship is echoed from the deli and into the one to one sessions where I get to connect with the client, feel and understand where they are and offer support to what is best needed for them at the time.
This is offered through an Energetic Facial Release, Esoteric Body Work with Massage and Sacred Esoteric Healing. Each technique works on supporting the client to connect deeper and let go of any tension or un-ease that they are holding in their bodies, allowing a deeper reflection on their lives and wellbeing.
The origin of these healing modalities come from is the Ageless Wisdom presented by Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine. Here I have been able to understand what has been getting in the way of my connection with myself, receive healing and let go of the hurts that I have held onto which kept me locked in place of dis-connection.
Committing to myself and giving myself space to breathe and be me is the main focus to my days and no matter where I am and what I am doing so long as I have this in my awareness then life is a Joy. It really is that simple.
I have come to realise that all the things that I used to do were all a distraction from connecting to this deeper part of who I am. Having this as my focus and being loving with myself has supported this relationship that I never knew was possible.
What I cannot deny is that living like this is the sole reason to why I feel so alive, vital and have a love for life and for myself. This is now my new normal and it rocks.
