Mother. Daughter. Friends.
Rebecca my DaughterFrom the first day Rebecca was born and came into my life I knew she was very precious. From a baby onwards she was sooo cute, gorgeous, was always smiling at everyone and had a great sense of fun and she has carried these traits with her still they are just as endearing and support Rebecca as who she is today. Rebecca is a constant source of delight in my life, she has such a great sense of playfulness and we have such a brilliant time playing together just as children would; there is no age barrier between us.
We have shared 19 years together and as she grows so to does her strength and beauty grow with her for all to see. Rebecca is very wise at such a young age and has a natural understanding of people; she can be counted on in a stressful situation as the one who will take the lead. This her employees have found and they are blown away by her steadiness in someone so young.
No matter where I am while traveling we always share our day with each other there is always something new to discuss and talk over. I have no hesitation in asking Rebecca for her advice and she makes every day extra-ordinary because she is living in it.
Rebecca currently looks after a little girl and they adore one another, it is so heartwarming to see the joy they have for one another and Rebecca has this same openness with everyone she meets. I feel very blessed to have Rebecca in my life we have so much fun and laughter together, she is so very easy to be with an absolute joy; that’s why I adore being with her and sharing in her adventures as she grows into a beautiful young woman.
Rebecca ‘s friends adore her openness too and can feel the deep care she brings to each one of them they to open up to her warm heart and know when they need help she is unfailingly there for them.

Appreciating my Mum MaryMy mum, Mary Sanford, is a mother, international business woman, friend, family member, work colleague, carer and community supporter – but first of all she is an amazing woman – with a smile that lights up the room, eyes that sparkle with joy and a hug so warm and loving that you feel utterly safe and that everything is right with you and the world.
How do you sum up a woman in words who is so much to so many?
She also takes our friends into our family, treating everyone with love and care.
I get to see her everyday, how she is with the whole world, so open and easy – at work where her clients see her not as a sales woman but as a dear friend, where for her it has always been more important to make a connection to people first than to make money.
Her workload is huge, travelling all around the world, visiting customers and running the office, and yet she still finds time to spend with me, or finds time to visit the local hospital to support the staff and talk to and care for the patients. Her ability to talk to anyone and make them feel listened to is amazing.
