Katie Walls - A Woman of Quality
NAME: Katie Walls
AGE: 43 LOCATION: Sydney, Australia Complementary Health Care Practitioner I live in Sydney with my husband, 3 children, 2 dogs, and my daughter's many and ever-multiplying fish. Life is full and very rewarding, encompassing a never-ending process of discovering and learning more about people, relationships and life in general and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
From the Gentle Rhythms healing clinic that I established six years ago with my colleague and friend in Sydney’s leafy green North Shore, I practise therapies that complement medicine, providing one-on-one healing sessions for men, women, and children as well as presenting workshops and public talks to support healing, and physical and emotional wellbeing
I have always had a strong respect for, and appreciation of, the human body, and know that how we live impacts our lives. From personally experiencing and seeing a lot from a young age and throughout my family life, I offer a wisdom and a depth of understanding in my work and relationships, knowing the impact that stressors and tensions and the choices we make have on our health, relationships and disposition. I understand that any small shift in the level of care, nurturing and love for self has a most significant effect on how we feel and how we are with others.
I always felt older than my years and was very sensitive to all that didn’t feel okay within the world, and have a strong sense of justice. This deep sensitivity supported my interest and understanding of what I feel really matters in life and that is ‘people and relationships’.
My friends often commented that they could come to me and share what was really going on in their lives or to gain counsel, so it was no surprise that I found myself as a young adult working in Human Resource Management and then naturally moving into ‘hands on’ healing therapy work.
One of my greatest loves is to support people to connect to themselves and feel the purpose of why they are here. This for me was an internal question that felt like it was on continuous play all throughout my life until a point when I felt within every cell exactly why I am here.

Life finally began to make sense in this often crazy, fast-paced, quick-fix, give-it-to-me now, consumer society that we live in. I was able to experience this profound point of realisation through the support, healing modalities and the teachings of ‘The Ageless Wisdom’ as presented by Serge Benhayon through Universal Medicine.
I have now through my own loving commitment to myself, established a way to live that enables me to work long hours in a quality that does not waiver, from the very first client in the early morning to the last client of the day. This whilst raising three children, having the time and focus to continuously enrich my relationship with my husband, work on numerous community volunteer projects and also support the Human Resources needs within my husband's business.
I just had my 43rd birthday and felt a real sense of appreciation for the work I have put into life. I received a birthday card from the kids that had in it, ‘Happy birthday sexy mummy, you grow old but you still look sexy and young. Thanx for being a crazy, funny, joyful, exciting, challenging, supportive, caring, cheeky and a super star of a mother, love you lots and lots . . .’
This was a lovely confirmation of what I already felt within myself. It doesn’t matter how successful my professional life is, or the regard and respect I have in the community if this is not lived at home and in all my relationships.
As grand as life feels today, this is merely the beginning, as there is more depth, quality and wisdom to connect to and I absolutely love feeling this opportunity.
